Match Report Deportivo La Coruna vs. Barcelona 18-1-2015

Against Deportivo La Coruna, Barcelona had an important game to see will their good run of games continues.  The game started the best possible for Barcelona. After some testing from both sides, Messi had a great chance in the 10th minute when he received a ball in the penalty area and tried his shot, but Fabri managed to get that ball out in the corner. After the corner kick, the ball came to Rakitić, and he sent a long ball towards Messi who jumped and scored a first goal of the game.

After that, Luis Suarez had a good chance in the 22th minute, but his shot went just beside the post. Barcelona continued its domination and that paid off again in the 33th minute when Messi again scored for 2:0. Barcelona didn’t stopped there, and till the end of the first half, again Messi and Suarez had great chances but failed to score.

In the second half Deportivo had a first chance but Jose Rodriguez shot was blocked. After him Juan Dominguez also tried his luck, but the goalkeeper reacted great and prevented a goal.  All these chances had to be punished, and who other to do that than Messi who scored a fantastic goal in the 62th minute and managed a hat trick. Assistant was Rakitić again.

Barcelona didn’t want to rush after that and they waited for opponent to make a mistake. Mistake came in the best way possible when Sidnei scored an auto goal in the 83 minute and rounded up Barcelona’s win.

The game was really exciting, and we had a chance to look some really good moves and great goals. Barcelona again dominated and from now it is the question: “Who will manage to stop this machine”?
