Legs are the ASSET of any footballer. These two legs make great players like Maradona, Pele, Garrincha, Zidane, Ronaldinho, Ronaldo and so on. You will be amazed to know that one of them has problems with his leg, but he didn’t quit. Below is a list of some football players with physical problems.

Lionel Messi: You must know Lionel Messi if you are a football fan. He was not born with physical problems, but in his childhood he faced GHD (Growth Hormone Deficiency). Luckily, he was picked by Barcelona youth academy, and now, he is a legend with his 1.69m height.

Garrincha: He is another icon with physical limitations. During his time Brazil won Football World Cup in 1958 and 1962. Unlike Messi he had problems since his birth. He was born with deformed spine. Also, his legs were bent and not the same length! In fact, his left leg was shorter than his right leg. His nick name was O Anjo de Pernas Tordas which means the Angel with bent legs.

Pattrick Viera: This French international’s one leg is 3cm longer than the other.

David Kelly: This Irish international had Perthes disease when he was a child. His left leg is four inches shorter than his right leg. He will be amazed to know that he had to use crutches.

Paul Parker: He is a member of QPR. His one leg is also shorter than the other one.

Do make the list long if you are aware of any other well-known player.
