Copa del Rey Result 15-1-2015
Barcelona has finally managed to tie up few very good games. After they hammered Elche in the first leg of Copa del Rey, and win their last La Liga match against Atletico Madrid, the time has come for the second game against Elche. Barcelona was a favorite in this match, and only some miracle could get Elche a win.

In this game Luis Enrique decided to give the chance for the younger guys, so we didn’t see so many Barcelona stars on the pitch. As one commentator said, it was game between boys and men. But one man in this Barcelona squad was first to score. After Edu Albacar made a foul on Adama, Mathieu was one to take that free kick. With precise shot, Elche goal keeper didn’t stand a chance, and Barcelona was in the lead in the 21th minute.

Until the end of the first half, Barcelona added two more goals. First Sergio Roberto crowned his game that night with tremendous shot in 40th minute and scored a goal. The second came in the very end of the first half, when Munir was taken down by Edu in the penalty area. Pedro had taken the shot and scored third goal of the game for Barcelona.

The second half started, but the same story continued. Barcelona was far better team on the pitch, and Elche players just couldn’t figure out how to stop Barcelona boys from running around them. Elche was beaten down in every aspect of the game. At the very end, they even stopped trying. Adriano was the one to finish Elche off with a goal in 90+2′ minute. The overall score of two games was 9:0 for Barcelona, and that proved just how big Barcelona’s power is, considering they played with the Barcelona B squad.

Final Score: Elche 0 : Barcelona 4

Now their next opponent in Copa del Rey is Atletico Madrid who have managed to kick out Real Madrid from the competition.
